Ownership of the VPN+ Application; Compliance with Terms of Use
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to the VPN+ application and all related services or sites connected with VPN+ (collectively, the "Application"). BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ owns and operates VPN+ and is the owner or licensee of all related intellectual property rights. BY USING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APPLICATION.
BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms. You will be notified of any changes to these Terms, and your continued use of the Application after such notifications will constitute your acceptance of and agreement to the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. As long as you comply with these Terms, BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to access and use the Application.
Content
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, "Content") within the Application is owned, controlled, or licensed by BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, no part of the Application or the Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, or distributed in any way, or used for any commercial purpose, without BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ's prior written permission.
You may use BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ's product and service information made available for download from the Application (e.g., data sheets, knowledge base articles, and similar materials) only for personal, non-commercial informational purposes and without removing any proprietary notices.
Use of the Application
You may not use any automated means such as "robots" or "spiders" to access, acquire, or monitor any part of the Application or its Content without BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ's prior written consent. BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The Company makes reasonable efforts to maintain the security and reliability of the Application, but it cannot guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, in no event will BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ's total liability shall not exceed USD 5.00, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If local laws do not permit such limitations, the liability will be limited to the minimum extent allowed.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, its affiliates, and its employees harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
Violation of These Terms

For subscription services, details regarding account termination and refunds will be provided during the subscription process.
Miscellaneous
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. Any waiver of these Terms must be in writing. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full force. These Terms and your use of the Application will be governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of İstanbul, Turkey.
