END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the VPN+ application ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not use the Application.

This Agreement is between BIGCRUNCH TEKNOLOJİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ("Licensor") and the end user ("you" or "User"). It governs the terms of use for the VPN+ Application provided to you.

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the VPN+ Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Use Restrictions

2.1. The VPN+ Application is licensed to you for personal use only. Commercial or unauthorized distribution, resale, or any use beyond personal purposes is strictly prohibited.

2.2. You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.
  • Use the Application in any manner that violates any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Share, distribute, sublicense, or lease the Application to any third party.

3. Subscription Model and License Term

3.1. Subscription-Based Service: The VPN+ Application operates on a subscription model. The available subscription packages are as follows:

  • 1 Month Plan: $14.99/month, all premium features included, no free days.
  • 6 Months Plan: $12.5/month (save 16.61%), $75/6 months, 3 free days.
  • Yearly Plan: $8.33/month (save 44.44%), $99.99/year, 7 free days.

3.2. License Duration: The license granted to you will automatically terminate at the end of the subscription period unless renewed by you. If you do not renew the subscription, your access to the Application will be revoked.

4. Updates and Changes

The Licensor may periodically provide updates or upgrades to the Application. Such updates may modify or delete certain features and functionalities of the Application. You agree that the Licensor has no obligation to:

  • Provide any updates or upgrades,
  • Continue to provide or enable any specific features through updates.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Application is also governed by the VPN+ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. You agree that any personal data collected by the Application will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You can view the full Privacy Policy here: https://vpnplus.co/privacy

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use the VPN+ Application, including, but not limited to:

  • Damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other damages resulting from the use of the Application.

7. No Warranties

The VPN+ Application is provided "as-is" and without any warranties of any kind. The Licensor makes no guarantees that the Application will operate without interruptions, errors, or security issues. The Licensor does not warrant that:

    • The service will meet your requirements,
    • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free,
    • Any errors in the Application will be corrected.

8. Termination

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the VPN+ Application and uninstall the Application from your device.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

10. Amendments to this Agreement

The Licensor reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted in the Application or through other communication methods. Continued use of the Application after any amendments will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
